What we offer

Laundry with shower and spacious wardrobes for linen, large storage room, pantry, safe cell, cold store, tool and wood shed


Technical rooms with boilers and new pipes insulated by fire protection system

Glazed veranda with sliding door to the courtyard, heating, air conditioning and 4 internal doors with access to the laundry room, the frescoed atrium, the main hall and the staircase of the tavern


Large central stairwell, currently used as a tool shed, which can hold an elevator and connect the 2 parts through the ancient walled doors both on the ground floor and on the first floor


Moreover, by renting one or both parts of the villa, you will have at your disposal also the fabulous botanical garden of 10’000 m.q. with fountains, covered parking, iron fence, automatic gate and burglar alarm


Without forgetting the old fenced tennis field, where you can put a temporary building for administration or staff, and convertible in parking with access from the neighboring street (Via Monte Santo)
