Historic residence dating back to 1404, immersed in the quiet of a luxuriant garden, is located in Besozzo, a few steps from the shores of Lake Maggiore, famous throughout the world for its evocative panoramas.
Villa Magnolia is a novelty in the panorama of event locations.
The large botanical garden that characterizes it, together with the enchanting internal rooms, offer guests a range of always different opportunities and combinations to play with spaces and create unique events for:

The large spaces of the villa allow you to create different arrangements within the same event and in every season. Villa Magnolia is equipped indeed with four magnificent rooms communicating with each other, which can accommodate up to 120 guests. Each room takes its name from one of the islands of Lake Maggiore, which is located a few km away: the Salone Maggiore with its characteristic walls in lilac Venetian stucco and the majestic central marble fireplace with the emblem of the Magnolia flower (symbol of the villa); the Sala Bella, smaller and warmer with walls in pink Venetian plaster, a fireplace and an old bookcase; the Borromeo room, intimate and welcoming with its beautiful frescoed ceiling and small fireplace; finally the Mother room, recently renovated, fresh and bright.
Downstairs, there is a rustic-style tavern, able to accommodate up to 30 people and fully equipped with wood-burning oven, barbecue, fireplace and cellar: it is a perfect space as an aperitif area or for parties at complete disposal of guests. A large and bright glazed veranda overlooks the internal courtyard, perfect for hosting the symbolic ceremony in case of bad weather, and an ancient portico with a panoramic view, very charming and thrilling at sunset. Private covered parking is available.
The vast garden allows you to organize outdoor activities in every season of the year and during the season spring/summer can host outdoor events such as a symbolic ceremony, an aperitif and a wedding reception. In the botanical garden there are tall trees such as the imposing and majestic magnolia, from which the villa takes its name, large flower beds in spring and trees that grow light up with fantastic colors in the autumn season. A few steps away from the villa stands the seventeenth-century Baroque church of Saints Alessandro and Tiburzio, intimate and perfect for hosting your religious rite.
